Delete Your Wibi Account

If you want to delete your Wibi account and associated data, send a request to hello@wibiapp.com.

How to request deletion

1. Email us from the address linked to your account (or include your username).
2. Use the subject line: “Delete my account”.
3. Optionally add details to help us find your account faster.

What will be deleted

• Your profile information (such as username and profile picture).
• Your account identifiers associated with Wibi.
• Your app content associated with your account, where applicable.

What may be retained temporarily

• Security and fraud-prevention records.
• Technical logs required for reliability and legal compliance.

Deletion timeline

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
